We have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, reliable, friendly and enthusiastic person to join our busy and committed school office team.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to work part time alongside our Business Manager and our Bookings and Accounts Administrator. The position is a part- time, 20 weekly hours, 8.30-12.30 Monday to Friday. The main duties are: Reception, including telephone system and emails, all communication to and from parents, pupil attendance, school census, updating website and general office administration.
Pay Scale Level 3A, point 5-7
The successful candidate must be organised and efficient, have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and have good IT skills. School office experience would be a distinct advantage.
