Letter from the Director of Public Health

Please find attached a letter from Vicky Head, Director of Public Health

The letter reminds of the importance of distancing and looks particularly at the difficulties faced by parents dropping off and picking up children at the school gate. She advises that parents should maintain the recommended distancing conventions and wear a mask to protect themselves and others during this pandemic.

As a school we support this move and strongly advise that face coverings should be worn by adults at the school gate. Could I also remind everyone that only one adult should be bringing children to and from school from each family. This is to keep the numbers of people in the vicinity to a minimum and again to protect our school community.
